Nectar of the Spice Gods

The key to any good dish is a delicious sauce, and nothing beats a good bottle of hot sauce. A pinch of sour and a kick of heat, what’s not to like. Hot sauce is tricky business though. There is so many out there and only one can satisfy the inner critic inside us all. For that, we have Frank’s Red Hot. It is the perfect blend of flavor and heat.  As the nice old lady from the commercials say “I put that sh*t on everything.” I’d listen to her too, because once you've tried it, you’re never going back.

Collared Artist

One fateful day, about three years ago, I decided to pursue an art degree in college. I packed my bags and hit the road for college visits that exact weekend. My focus was on the art departments, which were generally the same. Tall buildings, glass walls and students running around in t-shirts, sweat shirts and hoodies. I’m a big guy for collared shirts and polo's so naturally this was discouraging. I wanted to keep my style but also didn’t want to be weird amongst my fellow artist. In the end, my identity is much more important. I never regretted it.

Where I am King

Home, a common word that’s easily used but special to everyone who uses it. Webster’s dictionary defines it merely as “one’s place of residence”, but we all know it’s much more than that. Home is a place of comfort, a place of fun, and a place where I feel like a king. To me, home is Fulton Maryland. I've resided here for the majority of my life and it is here that I've matured and grown. This is where I want to be at the end of a long day and nothing sounds better to me than “home, sweet, home”.
